We include 40km from Werribee.
Any further than that we will need to add a small amount per km.

Depending how far away the wedding is, we might need to book a cheap hotel room nearby.
If this is the case, we will let you know well in advance.

We are pretty self contained, however if your booking is over 7 hours, we are extremely grateful if a meal is provided. It’s generally best for us to be eating when you are as this is one of the quieter times of the night – and keeps us performing at our best.

To secure the date, we require a 25% deposit to be paid.

The remainder is not due until 14 days before the big day.

We also offer payment plans if those are more your thing – please just request this when booking.

You certainly can – otherwise leave it to us and we can find some that matches your film and day perfectly.
We have licensing subscriptions with multiple royalty free music providers which means the video can be displayed publicly online and via social media.

For commercial music (music you will generally find on the radio) this requires a special license which does have a extra cost to purchase.

The highlight film is a beautifully condensed recap of your day, showcasing all the important moments set to a carefully chosen soundtrack. It typically runs between 5 to 8 minutes, capturing the essence of your celebration.

For the ceremony, speeches, and first dance videos, we provide lightly edited footage. These are presented in real-time, seamlessly switching between different camera angles to give you the best view of each moment.

As we are on our feet all day we wear smart casual clothing (think dark polos and trousers) that will blend in well at any wedding, while allowing us to be flexible and remain cooler.

Yes, we have public liability insurance.  If proof of coverage is required, please let us know and we will email it through.

The only extra costs are as follows:

• Travel costs (please see the section above about travel costs for more information)
• Additional hours at $125
• We charge $30 delivered per USB containing all final videos if requested – digital downloads are included.
• Any additional videos can be done – please discuss what you are after and we can work out how long it will take to edit
• Commercial music – please see the ‘Can we choose our own music’ question above.
